BREWING SUGGESTIONS：

For best flavor, bring spring or filtered water almost to a boil; 4gTea leaves into a strainer; Pour 8-10 ounces of hot water into your chosen vessel; Allow the tea to steep for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, remove the sachet and enjoy.

Gong Fu Style: 4g per gaiwan, ~95°C /203°F water, 45 second to one minute steeps in Gaiwan. Lasts 4 -5 steeps. after the 2nd infusion, gradually increase steeping time with each steeping.

Western Style (in a mug or a teapot): 4g per 100ml, ~95°C /203°F water for 3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steeps.
