Each ceremony is a ONE-OF-A-KIND experience, tailored to Individual Needs, integrating Tea Rituals, Sound Painting, Flower Arrangements, Poetry, Meditation, and carefully selected High-end Rare Organic Teas. Some sessions also include Live Music, Delights, Stories, and Discussions, creating a holistic journey through tea, art, culture, and philosophy. Cancellation Policy
Booking: To reserve your Neoillusion Teaism Ceremony, we require full payment for Single Session at the time of booking; 50% payment for Healing Kits and Course Kits. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary, including the date, time, and location of the ceremony Please note that all bookings are subject to availability, and we encourage you to book well in advance and secure your preferred date. Cancellation: Cancellations made at 7 days hours prior to the scheduled ceremony will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 days prior will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the ceremony will not be refunded, as we dedicate significant preparation to ensure an exceptional experience: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate one complimentary change if requested 2 days prior to the ceremony. Rescheduling requests made with 48 hours of the ceremony may incur a 15% rescheduling fee, subject to availability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the overall experience, as ceremonies are carefully timed for flow and harmony. If you anticipate arriving more than 15 minutes late, kindly notify us. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to adjust or reschedule your session. We deeply value your time and presence, and it is our priority to deliver a unique and transformative tea ceremony.
